        Goldfinger High Temperature Tape is a protective tape with excellent adhesive properties and high

 temperature resistance, used for semiconductor chip package fixing and protection, removal without

 residual adhesive. Material and coating uniformity, high precision; using PI substrate, high temperature

 resistance characteristics of excellent, good thermal stability; filming and stripping without preheating; 

no residual adhesive tape after peeling; high cleanliness of the product, no stains, impurities; ESD, for

high-end requirements.     

     KKG High Temperature Tape is a protective tape with excellent adhesive properties and high temperature

 resistance, used for semiconductor chip encapsulation fixing and protection, remove no residual glue. It is

 used in the packaging process of semiconductor chips such as QFN to fix the lead frame and prevent the

 leakage of plastic sealing materials; it is also used for high temperature protection in the electronic process, 

temporary fixing, masking, and the process of chip and film which requires precise protection.

The High Temperature Tape's structure is release film,organic silicone and PI base material.
